Bolarinwa Akintilebo provides decisive, forward-looking leadership to the Aradel Cooperative Society, championing a transformation agenda centered on digital enablement, strong governance, and sustainable member value creation. As President, he is leading the Cooperative’s modernization drive by strengthening operational controls, enhancing transparency, and scaling digital service delivery through the Coopify platform. With over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas sector at Aradel Holdings, Bolarinwa currently serves as Head, Applications & Support, where he leads enterprise automation, systems optimization, and technology-driven business improvements. His blend of deep operational insight and advanced technology expertise uniquely positions him to steer the Cooperative toward scalable, data-driven growth. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA programme at the University of Lagos Business School. His professional credentials include CBAP, AWS Solutions Architect, and AWS SysOps Administrator certifications. Bolarinwa remains committed to building a modern, agile, and financially resilient Cooperative—anchored on accountability, innovation, and long-term member prosperity. His leadership continues to foster a culture of structure, collaboration, and sustainable value creation.
Tamunotonye Israel Deresoma is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and power systems maintenance at Aradel Holdings Plc. He has a strong track record of diagnosing complex system faults, reducing operational downtime, and improving overall plant efficiency. Highly skilled in Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA systems, and preventive maintenance frameworks, Tamunotonye brings a disciplined, safety-conscious, and solutions-oriented approach to engineering operations. As Vice President of the Aradel Cooperative Society, he supports strategic leadership while promoting operational excellence, reliability, and innovation across the Cooperative’s activities.
Jonathan Emuhi is an accomplished Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) practitioner, counsellor, and administrator with over 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning healthcare, oil and gas, construction, dredging, seismic, and survey operations. He is a registered Baccalaureate Nurse, with specializations in Accident & Emergency Nursing and Occupational Health Nursing. A certified HSE professional, he holds ISPON certifications and the NEBOSH International General Certificate, alongside qualifications in counselling and human resource management. As Secretary General, Jonathan brings exceptional regulatory awareness, people management expertise, and institutional discipline to the Cooperative, ensuring compliance, member welfare, and sound administrative governance.
The Treasurer is a Human Resources and Corporate Services professional with over 10 years of experience at Aradel Energy (formerly NDPR). With a foundational background in Computer Science, he possesses technical skills in computer networking, CompTIA A+, and office productivity applications. He brings a service-oriented mindset, strong administrative competence, and people-focused values to his role as Treasurer, ensuring prudent fund management, accurate record-keeping, and transparent financial administration in support of the Cooperative’s objectives.
The Assistant Secretary is a highly experienced Process Operations Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience across diverse process industries. His expertise spans process plant commissioning, start-up, and operations in Air Separation Units (KDON ASU), PET resin production, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and crude oil refining. He has actively participated in major projects, including the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of a 90 MMSCFD LNG plant and a Solid State Polymerization (SSP) plant, successfully contributing to debottlenecking initiatives that increased capacity from 300 TPD to 450 TPD. With strong capabilities in production planning, quality analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting, he is proficient in operating advanced control systems such as Siemens WinCC, Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, Allen-Bradley, and Wonderware. His technical depth and structured approach add significant value to the Cooperative’s administrative and operational effectiveness.
The Financial Secretary is an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with over 15 years of functional expertise as a Service Engineer and Caterpillar Specialist, covering CAT engines and a wide range of earth-moving equipment. He is also a Rotating Equipment Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in pumps, compressors, cooler fans, and pressure vessels. His responsibilities have included equipment condition monitoring, spare parts planning, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution, and technical support to third-party contractors. He is also proficient in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Maintenance Job Reports (MJRs). This strong technical and operational background underpins his disciplined approach to financial stewardship, asset accountability, and cost control within the Cooperative.
